You can be part of this program in two ways, the first is automatically by fulfilling each of the requirements established in our Terms and Conditions:

1. Be a Privex Aviation customer.

2. Have a minimum consumption of USD 9,000 in a 12-month period.

3. Fill out the KYC (Know Your Customer) form.

And the second is by acquiring it for a price of USD 990.00.

Membership shall be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

If a member takes an international charter flight and that flight results in an Empty Leg, the sale of that Empty Leg will be refundable to the member and credited to the member as a credit for future flights. However, if the Empty Leg is not sold, the member will not receive any refund, nor will there be any claim for this concept.

Membership may not be sold or transferred to others. Only members of the immediate family of the member’s immediate family may benefit from the membership.
